The Provincial design of these dining tables gives an immediate feel that the table is an heirloom that has been passed down the family line. These tables show a French style in the way the timber is used on the table top, with an obvious grain like Oak timber, and sometimes a parquetry inlay. The legs can be shaped with a top curve that can be orientated towards the table top corner. Often, a pedestal base is shaped in a similar way as a centre support to produce a farmhouse style.
